What is your shipping policy?

Thank you for considering a purchase from Bella Cosa Art Studio. Customer Happiness is very important to me. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or specific requests. I will be happy to consider and accommodate where possible. The time I need to prepare an order varies according to size, medium and painting surface. I always try to keep shipping and handling prices as reasonable as possible with consideration of wanting it to arrive happy and safely to you.

What is your return Policy

I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations due to the delicate nature of each piece and time involved. Please contact me if you have any problems. I will try to see if we can come up with a solution.
